Description :
The May Cup is open to 32 teams, with eight in the B division, and 12 each in the two REC Divisions. REC will be divided into Upper and lower divisions.
- B grade means no more than one NSL1 player is allowed per team
- Upper REC includes no NSL1 players and a maximum of two NSL2 players per team.
- Lower REC means no NSL1 players and no more than one NSL2 player.
