After last year's highly successful online Coach Summit 2021, the 2022 Summit will again be virtual due to the challenges from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2022 Summit will revolve around three major themes: Adaptation, Relevance, and Resilience, focusing on how coaching baseball and softball can be tailored to today’s challenging circumstances.
This year’s Coach Summit will feature a series of webinars, keynote speeches, and workshops, which are intended to support coaches through an ongoing programme of learning opportunities. The format will see sessions spread out over several weeks in order to make sure the entire baseball and softball audience has a chance to attend.. The British Baseball & Softball Coaching Awards 2022 presented by Baseball Outlet: The awards will be announced in the week preceding the first Coach Summit 2022 date - from 25 January - 28 January. These awards recognise and celebrate the very best of baseball and softball coaching in the UK in the past 12 months.

The Summit will be free to attend for ANYONE – members of the British Baseball and British Softball Federations, and those independent clubs and leagues that have registered to the Development Charter directly are especially encouraged to attend.
