Coach Education Courses
BaseballSoftballUK offers coach education courses for those wanting to coach baseball and softball. These usually run during each 'off-season' between October and April.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are exploring ways to run coach training online.
The BaseballSoftballUK coaching pathway has been redesigned to ensure that there are more courses available at more affordable price points, while improving the overall quality of the coaching system. Central to this is the provision of a course to support every coach, regardless of where they are on their development journey.
There are now four development programmes, diagrammed below, that coaches can take part in: the BSUK Coach Summit, the new Coach Award / (Level 2), the Activators Course and a new programme of CPD for Coaches, which includes nine modules to choose from.
Each development opportunity has been designed to help coaches find the course or event that is right for them, based on their availability, budget or knowledge.
In addition, clubs and leagues can request to host bespoke CPD Modules from the available list, tailored to needs of their coaches.
For more information on these courses and which one might be most suitable for you, download the BSUK Coach Education Pathway document or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
